Our birth doula services are designed to provide continuous, compassionate support as you prepare to welcome your baby into the world. This package includes:
• 4 prenatal visits, where we’ll explore your birth preferences, prepare for labor, and build a foundation of trust and comfort.
• 24/7 on-call support beginning at 37 weeks, so you know I’ll be ready whenever your baby is.
• Unlimited in-person support during labor and birth, whether you’re birthing at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center. we’ll be by your side offering physical comfort, emotional reassurance, and evidence-based guidance throughout your experience.
• One postpartum follow-up visit, where we’ll reflect on your birth, process any questions or emotions, and ensure you’re feeling supported as you begin your parenting journey.
